Manufacturing Capability
Fabrication shop:
KEWPL has a completely equipped Fabrication Shop with an entire range of resistance Welding machines including Spot welding machines. KEWPL also has a variety of M.I.G. / M.A.G. as well as A.C / D.C. Tig welding machines. KEWPL also uses Special Purpose welding machines to maintain high quality standards and large volumes.

Press-Shop:
KEWPL has an inhouse Press-Shop with Power Presses ranging from 30 tons to 150 Tons. KEWPL plans to upgrade its Heavy Press shop.

Tool Room:
KEWPL has an integrated Tool Room equipped with coventional Lathes and allied machines. The Tool room has the latest Solid Modelling Computer Aided Design softwares and Computer aided Manufacture Softwares. KEWPL manufactures its Press Tools , Guages, Jigs and fixtures inhouse.

Paint Shop:
KEWPL has a Paintshop capable of Liquid Painting Stoving Enamels as well as Heat Resistant Aluminised Painting. The Paint shop has modern Electrostatic Paint Guns as well as conventional HVLP spray painting guns. KEWPL is also tied up with Assosciate companies for its Powder Coating as well as Plating needs.

Quality Assurance:
KEWPL has a team of dedicated engineers involved in improving quality as well as Value Engineering. KEWPL has requisite measuring instruments and equipment for validating manufacturing processes.

Bending Machine Shop:
KEWPL is the first one to Supply wrinkle free pipes to TATA MOTORS among its suppliers and we have maintained the quality through CNC Special purpose bending machines. We have separate bending machines for different diameters of pipe to reduce the setup changeover time and increase productivity. Also mechanical bending machines are there, which have been converted into the wrinkle free machines to improve their effectiveness.


Future plans:
Now we works as KISHOR ENGINEERING WORKS PVT. LTD. We have also implemented ERP software to reduce the investment on raw materials and inventory and hence improve INVENTORY TURNOVER RATIO and have started functioning from 1st of April 2007.
We are in the process of upgrading and modernizing our manufacturing facilities. Looking at the emerging market scenario we want to enhance our core competency in Fabrication of sophisticated engineering products especially in the Automotive area.
We plan to bring in the latest technology for setting up the factory, design, and manufacture for the domestic vehicle manufacturers of four wheelers.
KEWPL plans to expand its heavy-duty press-shop and Tube processing line. KEWPL plans to achieve ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification. KEWPL has already achieved a Company-wide PPM target of 200 PPM and maintaining it for years to come.
